Kang Ho Dong and Kim Hyun Joong turned out to be deficient in common knowledge during the latest episode of ‘Barefoot Friends‘.

While in the car on their way to their next destination, the two of them quizzed each other on general knowledge. On the subject of rivers and oceans, Kang Ho Dong said, “Aren’t there four big rivers in the world?” to which Kim Hyun Joong replied, “Does the one in Egypt count?”

Kang Ho Dong scoffed, asking, “Why would you go to Egypt?”

“Egypt has the Red Sea, but that’s an ocean,” Kim Hyun Joong replied, getting confused. Kang Ho Dong continued his tirade, saying, “Isn’t it the Yellow Sea?”

“I thought the Yellow Sea was a movie,” Kim Hyun Joong said, alluding to the famous Korean movie of the same name. “I don’t think any of us know the answer.”

Their shtick continued, however. Upon arrival at the desert, Kang Ho Dong exclaimed, “It looks like the O’hara Desert” – misspeaking the name of the Sahara. After collapsing in laughter, Kim Hyun Joong said, “It’s all right – at least it’s not the Goo Hara desert”, sending both of the newly-christened ‘dumb and dumber’ line into fits of laughter.

As the youngest member of SS501, he was the first to be called the maknae or junior member, a tradition that persists in kpop today.

[News] Kim Hyun Joong Releases Photos from His Upcoming Japanese Single Album

Kim Hyun Joong teased the release of his upcoming third Japanese single Tonight with photos from the album.

Key East released through a press release on May 2 photos from Kim Hyun Joong′s upcoming single.

"Images from Kim Hyun Joong′s album, to be released in Japan on June 5, have been revealed. The photos show his strong and powerful charms," the release read.

The photos show the main still and a few covers from the five different versions of the album.

In some photos, Kim Hyun Joong sings in a simple yet classy suit, showing off his more stylish and charismatic side.

Another photo shows him standing in a pop art-like setting with vivid colors, while yet another has him perched on a motorcycle in leather.

Kim Hyun Joong′s third single album Tonight will contain three songs, including the title song Tonight and a track titledCappuccino. All three songs are in different genres.

In the meantime, Kim Hyun Joong is busy preparing for the album, and has been appearing in the SBS variety showBarefooted Friends.

Happy 501 Day ; Still Keeping the Faith!

Well , to tell you honestly this is my first time to write here in my site.. As in , writing down my thoughts and feelings for my beloved boys SS501. I still can't figure out why am I doing this , maybe ... just maybe there's a Lot of things that are running into my mind that if I didn't take that out it'll sudden burst out like a bomb >_<

To all SS501 fans ( WE , the Triple S ) celebrating this day as 501 day for couple of years now.  As one of TS, waiting for this day to come is one of our fave thing to do ^^...Everyone got excited and since last night we're all happy trending , chatting and reminiscing those wonderful and bubbly days of SS501 together...

But this morning all us got shocked when a news saying Hyung Jun is going for enlistment next year.. I still can't believe it though I know, we all know that time, each member will go in for military service.. Kyu Jong will be going out next year , but Hyung Jun will be going in.. So, our expectation for their comeback as soon as Kyu Jong's release became false alarm... But then, I realized God has a better plan for them. If not for the soonest then for the near future, if everything falls into place. What should we do then? just like what we said when they decided to be on hiatus state that we, Triple S will wait until their comeback..until the Five of them will become as one AGAIN! even if it takes 5 years or more.. We still keep on waiting and believing.. SS501 will always be SS501 no matter what.. no matter what each member will achieve for their solo careers.. As a true and a hardcore SS501 fan, We should keep our promises to them , to support and Love them all the way and that's all that matters. Just Like what leader had said before -- "I will walk with my dongsaeng til the end!"  --- Let's walk with SS501 til the end!
