[News] Kim Hyun Joong Ranks #1 on Recochoku’s Mobile Download Chart

Kim Hyun Joong is already gaining much interest in Japan.

Although Kim Hyun Joong’s official debut has been slated for January 25th, the tracks off his album have been released for download as mobile message-alert sounds.

Within one day of release, Kim Hyun Joong ranked #1 on the ‘mobile message-alert download daily chart’ with “Kiss Kiss” on ‘Recochoku‘, becoming the first Korean male artist to do so. Asides from “Kiss Kiss”, “Lucky Guy”, “U”, ‘Breakdown‘ and other tracks are also included in the top twenty, evidencing the popularity of the singer.

Furthermore,Kim Hyun Joong is currently preparing for the live show on Japan’s ‘Music Station’ on January 27th. As it is an unprecedented event for a Korean solo artist making his debut to perform on such a popular show, the amount of interest from the Japanese music industry, as well as local media, has been growing.

In related news, Kim Hyun Joong will be holding an event commemorating the release of his debut album called ‘Premium Live 2012′ to meet his Japanese fans on February 5th at the Yokohama Arena.

[News] Kim Hyun Joong Kiss Kiss Japanese Version Tops Mobile Chart

Singer Kim Hyun Joong's Japan advancement truly a success, bringing up his Japanese debut single to the peak of the mobile ringback tone download daily chart, on Japan's largest mobile website "Recochoku".

On January 20th, KEYEAST revealed that his first Japanese single "Kiss Kiss" has topped the chart immediately after its release on January 19th. Kim Hyun Joong is the first Korean male artist that has ever been ranked first in the chart.

Aside from "Kiss Kiss", other tracks off of his single "KISS KISS/Lucky Guy" including "Lucky Guy, U", and "Break Down" have also been placed in the top 20.

Meanwhile, Kim Hyun Joong's Japanese debut single "KISS KISS/Lucky Guy", which will come in three editions, will officially go on sale in Japan on the 25th. He will also be holding a fan event at the Yokohama Arena in the Kanagawa Prefecture on February 5th to commemorate his debut
