Kim Hyung Jun proved he′s an angel, donating rice for those in need.

According to S-Plus Company on December 27, Kim Hyung Jun attended the Santa Claus of Love Festivalheld on December 21 and donated three tons of rice.

He transformed into a Santa for the day, and delivered his gifts himself. The donations follow those he made the previous year, of two tons of rice.

The Seoul Jonggu Youth Center uploaded photos showing Kim Hyung Jun wearing a Santa suit on its official Facebook page, and added in a caption, "SS501′s Kim Hyung Jun and 100 Santas visited the homes of seniors and children. We want to thank Mr. Kim Hyung Jun for again donating 334 10kg bags of rice."

In the photos Kim Hyung Jun is shown doing volunteer work with 100 teenagers, and delivering rice and gifts to those in need. According to an official, Kim Hyung Jun had personally prepared padded jackets and boots for the event.

This year Kim Hyung Jun appeared in the dramas Glowing She and Late Blossom, released his second solo albumEscape and toured Japan in a national tour. He is currently filming a movie titled Actors are Actors.

In a showing of generosity not uncommon for JYP Entertainment (who have made donating to charity an honored tradition), nearly 61,500 undernourished youths will be fed.

Singer Kim Hyun Joong held a live concert at the Yokohama Arena on February 5th to celebrate his Japanese debut.

At the concert hall, Kim Hyun Joong faced the 20,000+ audience members and remarked, “My Japanese debut song, “Lucky Guy“, has sold over 100,000 copies in the first week after its release. Thank you guys for showing me so much support, even though I’m just a rookie here.”

“It’s unfortunate that I wasn’t able to meet all 60,000 fans who applied to be here tonight, but I will make sure to have a good time with all 20,000 of you,” he said with a laugh.

Kim Hyun Joong recently concluded his Asian Tour where he visited seven different countries across Asia, including Japan, China, and Thailand. In conjunction with this tour, he conducted various charity auction events at the local tour locations. All the proceeds from these auction events were donated to charity.

An official at Kim Hyun Joong’s agency, ‘Key East‘ stated, “We conducted an auction on each of the stops for Kim Hyun Joong’s Asian Tour. The total proceeds from the 7 country tour amounted to $100,000 and he sent all the proceeds to charity so it can be used to help the less fortunate.
