[Info] Kim Hyun Joong; Lotte Duty Free to Open Store in Singapore




Lotte Duty Free said on Monday it will open an outlet at Singapore's Changi International Airport in May. This will be the retail operator's second overseas outlet following the one it opened at Indonesia's Soekarno-Hatta International Airport on Jan. 31.

The company won the bid to open an outlet in the second terminal of the Singaporean airport, which will cover 80 sq. m and sell various Korean products including ginseng.

Changi International Airport, one of the three major Asian hub airports together with Incheon International Airport and Hong Kong International Airport, sees 47 million travelers pass through its doors each year.
