When ss501′s contract ended and the members went their separate ways, leader Kim Hyun Joong promised that they would be back together again in the future. Three years later, fans are still waiting patiently. While most of the members are currently pursuing solo careers, one member is also finishing his military service. Apart from the many songs, music videos, and concerts available online, new fans are also falling in love with ss501 because of older reality shows like “Thanks For Waking Me Up” and “Thanks For Raising Me Up”. It is through these programs that the members are really able to shine- by showing their charismatic and funny personalities and giving viewers a glimpse into their every-day lives.
Whether you love them for their voices, their music, their dancing, their personalities, their sense of humor, or their looks, the general K-pop public can all agree on one thing… we are more than ready for the comeback of ss501.
